We appreciate all of our customers’ business! We strive to fulfill customer orders to provide a premium hand made and locally manufactured product.
This is a U.S. family run shop that manufactures, designs and crafts motorcycle products and other miscellaneous items.
Leather Products
All leather products have variations in color, grain and markings due to how a hide was tanned and where the cow was raised (around barb wire or not). There are also differences in dye lots for leather products. As such, we typically recommend purchasing a full set of leather products all at once. This ensures that the same hide and dye is utilized to achieve the proper color.
Leather is a material that continues to go up in price and our shop utilizes every part of the hide that can be used. Unlike vinyl, leather is not a perfectly consistent material in color or grain.
Items are at times hand stitched, hand cut or hand dyed. For these reasons, we cannot guarantee that every piece will have the same color and grain, yet that is also the beauty of leather, and a key indication you have a premium hand made product!
At Rich Phillips Cycles, we do our very best to represent the products in photos as they truly appear. However, keep in mind the above information, there can be slight variations in appearance of any leather product.
Rich Phillips Cycles Return Policy
Non custom items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if the item(s) are returned in new, unused condition. The product(s) can not be mounted or used. It is up to the buyer to return the product in new condition and pay for shipping fees back to the seller.
Custom items CAN NOT be returned or exchanged, all sales on custom items will be considered final sale. What is a custom item? Any seat that includes a gel foam upgrade or custom stud spacing. Any item that is made custom upon request, including color, artwork etc, any request that is not displayed as an option in our online store.

Shipping
We can ship products to just about any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some of our products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
The shipping rates for many products we sell are based on weight. The weight of an item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
